Monterey 186 smWelcome to CWB Events - a new company formed for the production of Fine Art Festivals. My name is Curtis Beck, and I was formerly with another show producer in Southern CA, where I learned a lot over the 8 years I was there. I truly enjoy working with all of the artists I have met, and am looking forward to building a successful (for the artists!) schedule of shows!
More info will be posted on this website, and sent out in an email when it becomes available.

Some good news.....

harper 1Once again, we will be back in Incline Village for our 7th year! The Incline Village Fine Art Festival is a smaller show, but the artists usualy do very well, which is why they keep coming back! As do our customers in the area, who look forward to a the quality of art we bring to the area. The dates for this event, a 3 day show, will be August 9-11, 2019.
For those wondering about the Transit Depot Fine Art Festival in Monterey, it has been placed on hiatus until I can find a better venue.
We are also going ahead with the second show in Reno (the Reno Arts Fest 2019 on Virginia Street in Reno).  There will most likely be a change in the dates and hours of this event, please stay tuned! The new dates for 2019 will be July 13 & 14, which places us in the middle of the Artown event, a whole month of art in Reno!

Reno Art Fest 2019 will feature numerous artist tents whose original work of 2 and 3 dimensional fine art includes acrylics a full spectrum of the arts including oils and watercolors paintings, photography, ceramics, glass, stone and metal sculptures, and wood and clay pieces.  Artists will be on-site to discuss their work available for purchase. Cash prizes of $4000 will be awarded. Local and national artists will be featured.

As part of Artown, Reno Art Fest will be part of the marketing and promotion regionally, and nationally as part of this premier arts festival which should dramatically add to attendance. Artown, a month-long summer arts festival, features about 500 events produced by more than 100 organizations and businesses in nearly 100 locations citywide. Artown’s primary goal is to encourage local artist participation and highlight the best performers in northern Nevada.

I am continually looking for new venues - to find venues where you can thrive and be very successful! And that is the one reason why I am here Because, if you are successful, then I will be too! I want to thank those of you who had suggestions for possible show locations. Your help, advice and support is greatly appreciated! Please stay tuned for updates via the email newsletter, which will have the latest news to you as soon as it happens!
